Tourism Awards in the Headwaters Region

Headwaters Tourism, lead by the Headwaters Equine Leadership Group was honoured at the National level in the Innovation category for their Parade of Horses. The 27 cheerfully painted horses, which were unveiled throughout Caledon, Erin, Dufferin County and King Township during the summer of 2015 will serve as a legacy for the Toronto Pan Am Games.


Dutch Masters very own Gary, served as a member of HELG and proud sponsor and supporter. In a separate local awards Gala, Gary has been selected as the Headwaters Region Touism Champion for his service on several boards and committees. Awards presented Dec. 5 at the Adamo Estate Winery recognized leaders of Tourism in the community in several categories.

The Tourism Champion of the Year award is given to an individual who embodies the Spirit of Tourism in Headwaters.
